Reece Proudfoot
Reece is Co-founder and Director - Regenerative Innovation at Regen Labs. He is the former Head of Innovation and Impact Investment with WWF-Australia and founder of Panda Labs. Capability areas include: Strategic Design, Partnerships, Business Model Innovaiton & Impact Investing, Engagement and Community Organising.
Phil Freeman
Phil is Co-founder and Director - Regenerative Finance at Regen Labs, and Co-founder & Director of Impact Venture OpenSC. He has a background in corporate law and climate advocacy (building alliances). He is a board member of social venture Grow Your Mind and Montessori East School.
Dr Dimity Podger
Dimity is Co-founder and Director - Regenerative Enterprise Programs at Regen Labs, joining from her role as Regenerative Communities Lead with WWF-Australia, following 10 years leading her own purpose-driven business advisory firm. Capability areas include: regenerative business and leadership, capability building program design and delivery, community engagement, sustainability, and impact measurement.
Lucy Sundberg
Lucy is Strategy Advisor with Regen Labs, supporting strategy & business model development, team planning, culture formation, and product and service offering developemnt. She is the Former Head of the Sustainability Studio at Accenture Song APAC, winner of Cannes Titanium Innovation award, for their work with Tuvalu. Led the venture studio with WWF-Australia for regenerative enterprises, conducted place-based research across Australia. Regenisis Institute Alumni. Lucy joined the team as Co-founder to form Regen Labs.
Matthew Wright-Simon
Matthew is an Associate with Regen Labs, and works alongside the team as local convenor for our South Australia programs. He also leads his own collaborative consultancy Engage Change, is co-director of Newday Leadership with one of its programs being a regional Inspired Leadership program, and was a previous board member of SASEC. As local Dean of microphilanthropy group, the Awesome Foundation, he works towards stimulating philanthropy in SA.
